Police Seeking Suspect In Waterford Ulta Theft: PD

WATERFORD, CT — The Waterford Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying a suspect in a recent theft from Ulta Beauty. The store is located at 903 Hartford Turnpike in Waterford.

Police said on Facebook that a woman entered the store on Monday, April 23 at 5:43 p.m. and allegedly concealed merchandise. She then left the store at approximately 6 p.m.
