Prospective Developers To Tour Seaside State Park Buildings
Prospective developers will have an opportunity to take a private tour of the historic buildings at Seaside State Park in Waterford.

HARTFORD, CT – The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) reminds prospective proposers that they will have an opportunity to take a private tour of the historic buildings at Seaside State Park in Waterford on Monday, May 7 at 11 a.m.
The buildings are presently closed to the public, according to a release. Proposers must register for the tour by 4 p.m. on Friday, May 4 in order to take part in the tour. To register, contact Tenia.Seay@ct.gov.
The National-Register listed buildings on Long Island Sound are being offered by the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) under a long-term lease for adaptive re-use as a hospitality venue.
