Suspected Macy's Shoplifters Sought by Waterford Police

WATERFORD, CT - On Sunday, Dec. 11, at approximately 11:30 a.m., members of the Waterford Police Department responded to Macy’s on Hartford Road for a larceny complaint.

The suspects are identified as a heavy set black male, with either a scar/mole/tattoo on his right cheek and tattoo on right side of neck, wearing a black “Yankees” hat and black sweatpants and shirt. The second male is described as a black male having an average build, with longer curly hair, wearing a black jacket and jeans.

The males entered into Macy's, took approximately twenty North Face jackets approximately $3999.80 in value and exited without paying for them. They were seen by a witness leaving in a newer model, black, Kia Sportage with Connecticut registration plates.
