Waterford Church to Host Worship Without Walls Afternoon of Service
Members and guests will step outside of the church building and into the community for worship.

WATERFORD, CT – Crossroads Presbyterian Church will be taking fellowship outside the church building and into the community this month, The Day reported.
The church is inviting both members and anyone else interested to attend a short service at the church building Sunday, Oct. 23, at 9:30 a.m., according to The Day. Attendees will then spend the afternoon doing community service at the church or several other places in New London.
Services include putting together toiletry kits for women in Kenya and restoring a Jay Street house in New London to be used for refugee families, The Day reported. The approximately 90-member church hopes to use the day as an alternative way to get people involved in the church and faith.
