Plans for a new four-story downtown Mystic residential and retail building are being developed by a Waterford firm.

WATERFORD, CT - Plans for a new four-story downtown Mystic residential and retail building are being developed by a Waterford firm, the New London Day reported. The building would be located on a vacant lot at 48 Washington Street, next to the Henny Penny convenience store.
The $1.8 million project is being developed by Hendel’s Mystic LLC and Hendel’s Washington St. LLC, according to the New London Day. The firm is currently seeking a special use permit for the project from the Stonington Planning and Zoning Commission.
