The workshop is part of a study that will provide the town with information and tools to prioritize capital projects, operational improvements and regulations to increase resiliency. The study is being paid for by a $175,000 Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) that Waterford applied for and received from the State of Connecticut Department of Housing in 2016.
