Waterford Man To Be Sentenced On Voyeurism Charges
A Waterford man accused of secretly recording people in bathrooms recently pleaded no contest to voyeurism charges.
WATERFORD, CT — A man is expected to be sentenced to 2 years in prison on allegations that he recorded neighbors and people in his own bathroom, according to The Day. Keith Hancock, 54, formerly of Overlook Drive, pleaded no contest to five counts of voyeurism.
He is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 11.
Hancock was charged last year with eight counts of voyeurism and one of criminal trespass.

A resident reported a person had entered their backyard in October 2021. A police investigation found that someone used "digital recording devices to record people involved in various activities within their homes."
Police said the victims in those recordings were identified and informed by police. Police identified Hancock as a suspect and arrested him after a months-long investigation.
