Community Update

So how many houses are for sale in West Hartford on March 23?  Not enough, I say.  The local market is strong, with many homes selling quickly and for encouraging prices.
The ones that seem to sell the best have been professionally cleaned and have recently received a fresh coat of paint. That's a very good, cheap investment.
Today I showed a house where the stove and oven were very dirty.  That really turned the buyer off.
Now that Spring is (almost) here, there is no excuse for not letting some fresh air in the house and planting some colorful flowers by the door.  Displaying pride of ownership is very important and will help you get higher offers.
