WEST HARTFORD, CT — Local police are looking for a 15-year-old West Hartford girl reported missing Thursday morning.
According to a Silver Alert issued at 3:46 a.m., West Hartford police seek Kiara Ramos, 15, who is described as a white female with black hair and brown eyes.
Police said she stands 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a beanie hat, black t-shirt, red leggings, white sneakers and was carrying a backpack.
