2. 2026 Dog Licenses In West Hartford, What You Need To Know (patch.com) — West Hartford dog owners are being reminded to renew their pets’ licenses during June, with Town Clerk Leon Davidoff outlining fees, rabies vaccination requirements, and documentation for spayed or neutered dogs. Residents can license their pets by mail or in person at Town Hall, helping ensure lost dogs can be quickly identified and returned to their West Hartford families.
3. Good Golf To Help West Hartford Nonprofit Find Work For Area Seniors (patch.com) — A West Hartford-based nonprofit, Seniors Job Bank of CT, is using the Travelers Championship’s Birdies for Charity program to raise $20,000 to help residents over 50 find work. Six-figure Powerball prize sold at West Hartford store (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Someone who bought a Powerball ticket at A N J DB Mart in West Hartford is holding a $200,000 winner from the June 1 drawing. Lottery officials haven’t yet identified the winner, but confirm the six-figure prize is one of the larger recent Connecticut wins tied directly to a local store.
