2. West Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals Denies Appeal of Pheasant Hill Drive Airbnb Owners - We-Ha (we-ha.com) — West Hartford's Zoning Board of Appeals has unanimously upheld a zoning enforcement order against the short-term rental at 39 Pheasant Hill Drive, ruling the Airbnb use violates single-family residential rules. The decision could affect how similar rentals operate near Duffy Elementary and Rockledge Golf Course, though the owners may still appeal in court, which would temporarily allow rentals to continue.
3. His rapid transition to elite cycling has already taken him to major races in Europe, and he's now preparing to compete in the U-23 World Championships in Montreal.
