Antisemitism/Hate Topic Of West Hartford Library Program
The free, virtual program will take place Tuesday evening.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — With perhaps the largest Jewish population in the state located in town, it only makes sense the West Hartford Public Library host a virtual forum on antisemitism and hate.
In partnership with the Bloomfield Public Library, West Hartford is hosting Stacey Sobel, regional director of the Anti-Defamation League Connecticut. The program is from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 16,

According to a library announcement, the event will look at " how we can move toward a future without antisemitism and hate."
A combination of the high-profile war between Israel and Hamas following the terror group's October 2023 attacks against Israel and the divided political climate in the U.S. has incidents of antisemitism and hate on the rise nationally.
