WEST HARTFORD, CT — A local arts event to beautify the concrete traffic barriers in West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square is back again after being rained twice this year.
The West Hartford Art League has commissioned 12 local artists to create one-of-a-kind works of art on the concrete barriers used to enhance and expand outdoor dining at the two popular dining and shopping destinations.

"Painting of the ARTBarriers was canceled twice due to weather, so we're hoping third time is the charm," wrote the Town of West Hartford.
The project is made possible by the West Hartford Art League and Town of West Hartford.
