WEST HARTFORD, CT — A big CT Lottery prize was sold out of a West Hartford store this week.
The Shell station 2512 Albany Ave. was where Paul Sullivan of Hartford picked up his ticket for the 30X Cash 6th Edition game.
It hit for $30,000.
