Bootcamp Lite will look very similar to our current workouts offering a total body workout, but with less intensity. The class will have a similar structure to our regular Bootcamp classes with a warmup, extended core section and circuit, followed by a group stretch with an increased focus on safety and form. Bootcamp lite is an ideal fit for:
- Beginners and those looking to return to an excersise program
- Anyone who is recovering from an injury
- Women who are returning back to training after a pregnancy
- Individuals who prefer to train at a lighter pace than our regular Bootcamp sessions
