Adult Learning Showcase

Learning for the fun of it. No tests or homework. See how it works on Wednesday, September 16 from 4:30-6 p.m. at the Fall Kickoff at Presidents’ College, the adult lifelong learning program at the University of Hartford. This “Get to Know Us” event features refreshments and jazz. Hear fall course instructors describe what inspired their upcoming sessions. Our programs are “right-sized” -- lectures, discussions, or 2-4 session mini-courses to fit your busy schedule. Choose from Iranian history & culture, AI & Marketing, cold case investigations and forensic science, the Supreme Court, how immunology is revolutionizing medicine, Bach, world myths of return from the underworld, Jane Eyre, French film, national and global politics, and much more. Or elevate your theater experience by joining us for discussions of the Hartford Stage production of Dracula and then attending a performance.
