Car, Transit Bus Collide In West Hartford

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A car and a transit bus collided in West Hartford Thursday.

The crash was reported at 2:15 p.m. at the intersection of South Main Street and the Boulevard. Police said the accident involved a passenger vehicle and a Connecticut Transit bus. Several people were reporting injuries at the scene and they were all were transported to area hospitals for treatment, police said.

The injuries do not appear to be serious, police said.

The West Hartford Police Department’s Traffic Division is investigating the crash. The road was closed for a short time, police said.
