Duncaster Names Senior Living Veteran as Vice President
Michael C. Myers is Duncaster's new Vice President-Sales and Marketing

Duncaster has named Michael C. Myers as its new Vice President-Sales and Marketing. Myers brings more than 25 years of experience in senior living to the position.
Myers previously served as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Benchmark Senior Living based in Waltham, MA. Before assuming that position, he served as Benchmark’s Director of Sales and Marketing. He has also held positions at Senior Star Living in Tulsa, OK; United Methodist Home in Shelton, CT; and positions in Washington State.
“Mike brings a unique combination of experience to his new position with Duncaster,” says Duncaster CEO Michael O’Brien. “His more than two decades in senior living means that he has been at the forefront of many of the changes our industry has seen as the population ages. We are very excited to have him join our team at Duncaster.”

Myers has been deeply involved in senior living on both a local and national levels. He was awarded the 2004 Rising Star Executive Director of the Year from Northwest Care Management and had served on committees for both the Connecticut Assisted Living Association and the Washington State Association of Housing and Services for the Aging.
“I have worked with seniors and their families since 1989, starting out as an activity director at a senior center in Seattle, WA,” says Myers. “I am extremely excited to be part of the Duncaster team and I look forward to being part of the continuing legacy of quality senior living that Duncaster is known for providing.”

Myers graduated from Western Washington State University in Bellingham, WA with a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
He and his wife live in Shelton, CT.
