Richard Sher will discuss programming at NPR and the inspiration behind says you! All are welcome to join in for a champagne reception, hors d'oeuvres, and a plated candlelit dinner. The menu includes: First course: baby spinach, black current vinaigrette, garnished with oven roasted grapes, grilled apples and sun dried blueberries. Second course: braised beef short ribs, port wine demi glace, garnished with scallion and leek mashed potatoes, tender carrots, brussels sprouts and mushroom ragout or vegetarian option, butternut squash, mushroom napoleon, corn coulis, scented with basil, nutmeg and fresh thyme, garnished with roasted poblano chili's olive oil, heirloom tomatoes and fried shallots. Third course, Scottish crepes, filled with lemon mousse, garnished with macretaed poached stone fruit. Selected wine will be served and made available through Wine Cellars 4.
