Discovering France Part 1 Wine Tasting- Maximum Beverage

Wines we'll be featuring:
Cheysson Chiroubles Clos les Fages 2010

Red raspberry and red currant mingle with black tea and peony in the nose.
Chateau La Croix Bellevue Pomerol  2009
Very true to form Pomerol. Grip on the palate and fairly assertive tannins, with underlying fruit. Excellent aging potential. Great wine from a heralded vintage.
Henri Perrusset Macon Village 2010
Lively, fresh and fun. This offering undergoes the same treatment as the sought after "Farge" bottling does. The only difference is that these are the younger vines in the vineyard.
Kermit Lynch Vancluse Blanc  2010
50% Viognier 50% Chardonnay. Full throttle Rhone Wine. This wine has the "interest' factor to keep the wine geeks involved, but is soft and supple at the same time.
