Control your excitement and breath through your core. LUCY Activewear and Fit Factory West Hartford are joining forces for one day to help you sculpt your “perfect core".
On Sunday, February 9th at 11:00 am; Fit Factory West Hartford, the area’s premiere boutique fitness studio will be hosting a free hybrid pilates/yoga class to strengthen and tone your core. Additionally, LUCY Activewear staff will be on-site to celebrate the release of their new “Perfect Core” yoga pant; a revolutionary new design on an old favorite. With new “high rise” design, enhanced lower waist compression and paneling; the “Perfect Core” pant is designed to give you the smooth silhouette that you desire. Participants will be receiving special in-store discounts to enjoy after the perfect core shaping experience.
Class will be taught by one of the area’s most sought after instructors Nicole Haffey, owner of Totalbody Pilates West Hartford and resident coach at the FitFactory. Space is limited. Sign-up at LUCY or Fit Factory West Hartford.
