Time to Tune Up That Swing Before You Hit the Courts and the Course - Workshops Mar. 16 and 23

Golfers and tennis players interested in getting their muscles ready for the upcoming season can come to the Golf and Tennis Tune-Ups at Duncaster in March. The Duncaster Aquatic and Fitness Center is opening up their Mar. 19 AND 26 workshops to the public with pre-registration. Golfers and tennis players can participate in one or both of the sessions.
“We suggest getting your muscles ready for golf or tennis starting eight weeks before you hit the links and courts,” says Lucy Eyre, the Wellness and Fitness Coordinator at the Duncaster Aquatic and Fitness Center. Lucy is a Senior Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer who will be teaching Duncaster’s Golf and Tennis Tune-Up sessions in March.
The classes are designed to improve overall flexibility and agility on the course or on the court. They will include easy stretches and exercises to support and strengthen movements in both sports. No special equipment is required.
