CONNECTICUT — In the latest weekly poll of Connecticut high school soccer coaches, one team maintained its position on top of its division, while another leaped from outside the top 10 to pace its bracket.

Hall collected seven of 12 first-place votes to remain the frontrunner in Classes LL/L. Farmington placed second, while Fairfield Prep zoomed all the way from eighth to third.

In Classes M/S, Ledyard assumed the top position after not placing in the top 10 in the preseason rankings. Ellington and Joel Barlow each moved up a spot to second and third, respectively.
