The Importance Of Your Credit Score
CT Liberty Mortgage Offers Free Credit Score Seminar

CT Liberty Mortgage is pleased to announce that they will be presenting a new topic at this month’s “Learning Hour”. The Importance Of Your Credit Scorewill be held tonight from 7 to 8 PM at the company’s office in Farmington. The seminar plans to cover information such as the factors that can increase and decrease a consumer’s overall credit score as well and how that impacts a mortgage qualification.
In a recent 2014 study, Connecticut made the list for states with the highest average FICO scores but only a third of the population have checked their scores within the past 12 months. CT Liberty Mortgage knows how important it is to know and keep up with credit scores.
Company owner Cara Britton states, “We are excited to introduce a new topic to The Learning Hour. We receive a lot of questions on credit reports when we receive a mortgage application and most people do not realize that a 1 point difference can affect your interest rate. We want to raise awareness for the consumers to take advantage of.”
