Kindergarten Forum Postponed In West Hartford
Because of Monday night's weather, the event for parents of prospective kindergartners will take place a week later.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — Mother Nature's snow Monday night forced the postponement of an information forum for parents/guardians of upcoming West Hartford kindergartners.
As a result, the West Hartford School System will have that information session on Monday, Jan. 30, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the West Hartford Town Hall Auditorium, 50 S. Main St., West Hartford.
The registration event is for parents or caregivers of children who will enter kindergarten for the 2023-24 school year and for parents/guardians of children who will turn 5 years old prior to Jan. 1, 2024.

There, parents/guardians will learn more about kindergarten in West Hartford, the registration process and ways to help prepare their children for school.
