Looking forward to a big Spring

I am looking forward to a big spring into summer.  Most of the real estate brokers I speak to are busy busy and a few of them have sold homes for above asking price.  These are good signs as far as I am concerned.  

If the real estate market comes back too quickly I think I would be suspicious.  I think the market will improve little by little and home prices will come back a little bit each year.  Rates are still low but they cant bump them up too much without creating a negative impact on the market as a whole- therefore I believe we still have good rates ahead of us for the near future.  

Real estate dropped a whole lot around the country and we are still dealing with the fall out.  That is not an easy wound to heal.  Its going to take time, patience, and for the economy to gain some momentum.
