Man Charged in Nine West Hartford Break-Ins
Police say the burglaries occurred on June 18.

West Hartford police say Joseph “Willie” Joiner, of Springfield, Mass., has been charged in connection with nine burglaries or attempted burglaries in the Farmington Avenue area of West Hartford, WFSB 3 reports.
Police said Joiner, broke into the homes in West Hartford on June 18, and he is accused of cutting holes in screens and climbing through windows or unlocked doors, WFSB 3 reports.
He has been charged and is being held on $50,000 bond. Joiner is no stranger to West Hartford serving prison time after being sentenced previously to 20 counts of second-degree burglary in West Hartford dating back to the mid 70s.
