Man Found Dead In West Hartford Identified
The man was found dead in vehicle parked in a municipal parking lot.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — Police have identified the man found dead in a vehicle in the Brace Road parking lot as Andrew Carbone, 23, of South Glastonbury.
Carbone was found dead April 7 after police investigated a report of someone sleeping in a vehicle.
Police recognized that he wasn't breathing and a broke a window. He was determined to be dead.

"We are still awaiting the report from the Medical Examiner’s office and have no other details to share at this time," said Lt. Michael Perruccio, police spokesman.
