Susan Bysiewicz; West Hartford Mayor Shari Cantor; Clare Kindall, president, West Hartford Fellowship Housing; Nandini Natarajan, chief executive officer, CT Housing Finance Authority; Seila Mosquera-Bruno, commissioner, CT Department of Housing; and Juana Matias, regional administrator, US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development.
