New Upscale Home Store Opens At West Hartford/Farmington Mall

WEST HARTFORD/FARMINGTON, CT — A new, upscale home furnishing retailer has opened up a new location at a large shopping mall straddling two large Hartford County suburbs.

Boston Heights, Ohio,-based Arhaus, which specializes in artisan-crafted furniture and
home décor, has opened a new, 11,155 square-foot Arhaus showroom in the Westfarms Mall located in West Hartford/Farmington.

It is the second such store in Connecticut, the other one being in Norwalk at The SoNo Collection.

"As with all Arhaus showrooms nationwide, the Westfarms location offers complimentary design
services to assist customers with home projects of any size," wrote Arhaus in an announcement Friday, Oct. 20.

In celebration of the new store, Arhaus will donate $10,000 to American Forests, the oldest nonprofit conservation organization in the country focused on conserving forests.

The Arhaus Westfarms showroom opened on Friday, Oct. 20, at the mall, which is at 1500 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, but also is located in the Town of Farmington.
