Our mother recently passed away, but we will honor her in a very special way by featuring many of the specialties she prepared for us.
This will include appetizers like calamari fritti, pasta like ravioli all’ arancia, desserts, her homemade bread, and much, much more.
Her ability to create such wonderful creations was based on passion and the squeezing of flavor out of everything, much like soul food. The modern conveniences of today will never replace the passion of the mothers from past generations.
We hope you enjoy these specialties as much as we did as children.
