Scene Clearing on I-84 in Farmington; No 'Criminal Aspect' to Untimely Death Investigation: UPDATE

FARMINGTON/WEST HARTFORD, CT — State Police confirm they investigated an untimely death on Interstate 84 Exit 37 Friday morning, which led to numerous traffic delays during the morning rush hour commute.
In a Friday morning update, State Police spokeswoman Kelly Grant said there is no "criminal aspect" to the untimely death investigation and that as of 9:30 a.m. the scene is clearing and all lanes should be open soon.
For about two hours Friday morning the left lane in both directions by Exit 37 was closed as State Police investigated.

The untimely death was reported around 7:44 a.m. and was originally reported to have taken place in West Hartford, however, the incident occurred in Farmington according to officials.
