Police Seek Missing 16-Year-Old West Hartford Girl
West Hartford police are looking for Rachel Goulet, 16, who is described as a white female with blonde hair and brown eyes.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — Local police are looking for a 16-year-old girl from West Hartford reported missing early Friday morning.
According to a Silver Alert issued at 3:20 a.m., West Hartford police are looking for Rachel Goulet, 16, who is described as a white female with blonde hair and brown eyes.
Police said she stands 5-feet-2-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.

No photograph was available, but Goulet was last seen wearing a black puffer coat, black sneakers, blue jeans and was carrying a backpack.
