Saturday Harvest Market, CSA & your Dietitian

Your community Registered Dietitian will be signing up customers from 4-6pm on Tuesday, June 16th at ShopRite of West Hartford. Shana will also have FREE nutrition info on “Seasonal Eating”
Every Saturday starting July 11th (through end of August), ShopRite of West Hartford is hosting a summer Harvest Market from 7am-noon.
Shana is excited to provide you with Free fun cooking demonstrations and quick recipes, just in case you need some new fresh ideas or aren't sure what to do with your produce.

This is so exciting! The best part is, if you sign up to be a CSA member (annual fee is only $15) you get to pick 5 baskets of produce of your choice!!! It’s only $15 a week, which is about a 20% discount on produce! AND it's all CT GROWN produce. Come meet the farmers as well!
If you can’t make it to sign up with Shana, don't worry, you can sign up at the Customer Service desk starting June 13th this Saturday!
