Silver Alert Canceled For Missing West Hartford Teen: UPDATE

UPDATE: West Hartford Police say Lanah Shepard returned home on Monday night and the Silver Alert has been canceled.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Lanah Shepard, 15, who is missing from West Hartford. Police say Shepard, who was last seen leaving a home in the 200 block of Tunxis Road at about 6 p.m. on Friday, is in need of immediate medical treatment.

Shepard is described by police as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She is possibly wearing a black jacket, black shirt, light blue jeans and black/white Jordan sneakers, according to police.
