The weekly programs are aimed at helping those learning English to improve their skills and enjoy reading at the same time.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The West Hartford Public Library is hosting a free in-person book club for immigrants starting Tuesday, March 5.
The program is on Tuesdays from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. beginning this Tuesday through April 30 at the Noah Webster Library, 20 S. Main St.

The Building Connections Book Club is for West Hartford advanced English learners who want to develop their English reading and communication skills in a diverse, inspiring, and encouraging environment.
