WeHa Library Offers Free Access To Online Classes

All that is required is a library card for the West Hartford Public Library.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The local library system has access to scores of online coursesthat can teach folks all sorts of skills and/or educate them about all sorts of items.

And all that is required is a library card. They're free.

The West Hartford Public Library, which operates three branches in town, recently urged residents to partake in several web-based instruction and streaming videos.

"Learn how to cook a turkey, learn a new language, and much more," wrote the library.

Normally, access to the courses comes with a fee.

But thanks to the West Hartford Public Library Foundation, there's no fee for library members.
