West Hartford Liquor Store Robbed at Gunpoint
Police are investigating after two masked men robbed the store on Monday night.

West Hartford Police are investigating the armed robbery of the Wise Old Dog liquor store on Quaker Lane Monday night.
The store clerk alerted police that two suspicious men dressed all in black and wearing ski masks entered the store around 8 p.m. While officers were heading to the area, the clerk called back to report that he had just been robbed at gunpoint.
The suspect brandished a handgun while demanding money and fled with an undetermined about of cash, according to police.

Police said the suspect was last seen running north on South Quaker Lane.
A Connecticut State Police K-9 unit conducted a track and the suspect apparently was able to get into an awaiting vehicle, according to police.

Police said the first suspect is a black male about 5-feet, 8-inches tall, about 20-30 years old and was wearing a black sweatshirt with a hood, black sweatpants, white and blue Nike sneakers.
The second suspect is described as wearing all dark clothing.
Police are continuing the investigation.
