West Hartford Police Arrest Log for Sept. 6 – 12

During this time period, West Hartford police responded to a traffic stop that resulted in the finding of heroin, a similar situation involving narcotics, identity theft, a man with an outstanding arrest warrant for a 2014 charge and a shoplifting incident at Best Buy and Macy's among other incidents.

Grondin, Stephen, 30, of 20 Mountain View Road, Yalesville, charged Sept. 11 with illegal possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mckee, Heather, 38, of 20 Mountain View Road, Yalesville, charged Sept. 11 with illegal possession and windshield obstructing view.

Perez, Nelson, 35, of 417 Zion St, Hartford, charged Sept. 11 with larceny and possession of a shoplifting device.

Duby, Matthew, 24, of 4 Nesbit Avenue, Windsor Locks, charged Sept. 10 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Taschereau, Justin, 25, of 4 Nesbit Avenue, West Hartford, charged Sept. 10 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Acevedo-Perez, Freddy Anibal, of 39, of 115 Brown Street, New Britain, charged Sept. 10 with illegal possession of oxycodone, illegal tinted glass and having an illegible plate.

Mitchell,Monica Marcia, 52, of 303 Princeton Street, Hartford, charged Sept. 10 with third degree identity theft.

Soucia, Jonathan, 37, of 50 East Hill Road, Canton, charged Sept. 9 with illegal possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal restricted turns.

Gonzalez, Jairo Antonio, 27, of 93 Russ Street, Hartford, charged Sept. 9 with larceny and criminal mischief.

Hydock, Michael, 51, of 354 Laurel Street, Hartford, charged Sept. 9 with larceny.

Chukwura,Chukwuemeka Jordan, 20, of 9 Shady Brook Drive, West Hartford, charged Sept. 9 with failure to respond to a violation.

Lebron, Juan, 48, of 466 Long Hill Road, Groton, charged Sept. 8 with violation of probation and Sept. 7 with larceny.

Tolentino, Fernando, 46, of 256 Mather Street, Hartford, charged Sept. 7 with larceny, illegal possession, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacture/possession of burglar's tools, conspiracy to commit larceny and conspiracy to commit burglary.
