West Hartford Police Seek Suspect Who Trashed Town Vehicle
The incident happened July 24 at the Isham Road public parking garage.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Local police Wednesday issued a call for help in locating a suspect believed responsible for vandalizing a town vehicle at the Isham Public Parking Garage, 17 Isham Road, last week.
The West Hartford Police department released surveillance images of the suspect and are asking for the public's assistance in investigating the June 24 incident.

According to the WHPD, at about 8 a.m., officers were sent to investigate a report of property damage at the garage.
Police said arriving officers noticed damage to a town parking vehicle and obtained video surveillance of what happened.

The video obtained shows a suspect walking over to the town vehicle, climbing on the hood, picking up a street sign and using the sign to hit the vehicle's windshield multiple times.
"The suspect exits the garage at approximately 6:14 a.m. and walks onto Dinah Road from the Isham Garage where they were picked up by a black sedan," police wrote in a statement Wednesday afternoon.
"Although this appears to be an isolated incident, we ask that our community members contact the West Hartford Police Department with any information that may help us investigate this incident or identify the pictured suspect."
