The increases are part of the new teachers’ contract, which takes effect July 1, and Moore told the board it is a “fair” contract that was arrived at in good faith, according to We-Ha.
Moore’s proposed changes to the roll forward budget reduces the total budget amount by .10 percent ($0.15 million), mostly due to declining enrollment (resulting in a $773,000 decrease).
