WEST HARTFORD, CT — A West Hartford store wound up pulling a $10,000 holiday gift out of Santa's bag in the form of a big CT Lottery win.
On Monday, Bloomfield resident Horace Rosemond cashed in the big winner, purchased at the Oakland Fresh Market on New Britain Avenue.
He had played the 10X Cash 14th Edition game.
