West Hartford Store Sells Lucrative Lotto Ticket

WEST HARTFORD/EAST HARTFORD, CT — An East Hartford man had a very good week playing a scratch-off game purchased at a West Hartford gas station/convenience store.

According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., the man won $25,000 playing the Cashword 30 scratch-off game.

The winning ticket was purchased Wednesday, Feb. 28, at the Gurkha store, 669 Farmington Ave., West Hartford.

Cashword 30 costs $3 to play and has a maximum payout of $25,000, making this a nice investment for the East Hartford resident.
