West Hartford Woman Faces Jail Time For Stabbing Boyfriend

The woman pleaded guilty to charges that she stabbed her boyfriend during an argument that reportedly started over back-to-school shopping.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A West Hartford woman faces up to a year in jail after pleading guilty under a plea deal to charges that she stabbed her boyfriend during an argument over back-to-school shopping last August, according to the Hartford Courant.

Naomi Williams-Wal, 35, was arrested last August when police responded to Hillcrest Avenue on the report of a stabbing. Responding officers found Williams-Wal and the victim outside their apartment in a common courtyard area, police said at the time of the arrest. The victim was hospitalized after the stabbing.

The Courant reports four children were present during the stabbing.
