West Hartford's Stormy and Warmer Weekday Forecast

After some beautiful weather over Memorial Day weekend, it’s back to reality starting on Wednesday.

Enjoy the rest of Tuesday as it feels like a summer day with sunny skies and temps in the low to mid 80s.

Beginning tonight the weather changes and there is a chance of showers and thunderstorms off and on beginning Tuesday night through the rest of the week. Temperatures will be in the mid-70s on the shoreline and low 80s in interior sections.

The sun is expected to return on Saturday with sunny skies and temps around the mid-80s, but more rain and thunderstorms are possible for Saturday night and Sunday.

West Hartford’s latest hyperlocal National Weather Service forecast:

Tonight: Increasing clouds, with a low around 65. Light south wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph after midnight.

Wednesday: Isolated showers and thunderstorms before 3pm. Cloudy, with a temperature falling to around 68 by 5pm. South wind 9 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Wednesday Night: Isolated showers and thunderstorms before 1am, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5am. Areas of fog between 11pm and midnight. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 66. South wind 6 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Thursday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 81. South wind 7 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Thursday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Patchy fog before 11pm. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 65. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Friday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 81. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Friday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Patchy fog before 10pm. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 63. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 84.
