This is the perfect "storm" for creating ice dams. After the fluffy snow stops falling tomorrow morning - try to run out and get a roof rake! This terrible cold weather together with the new fallen snow is a terrible recipe for disaster... Ventilation and insulation help prevent ice dams but removing that new fallen snow along the gutter line really helps.
