• CT man whose drug trafficking activity was connected to 'an overdose death' could face life in prison (courant.com) — A 31-year-old West Haven man has pleaded guilty to major federal drug and firearm charges tied to a trafficking ring in the greater New Haven area, and his bond was revoked after a later arrest by West Haven police. Investigators say they seized large quantities of cocaine, fentanyl, and weapons, and linked his activity to an overdose death. He faces at least 10 years in prison when sentenced in November.
