WEST HAVEN, CT — Kelsey, a 10-year-old Cocker Spaniel, was recently diagnosed with a fairly aggressive mammary cancer but still has a lot of love to give, according to the West Haven Animal Control.

Kelsey is a 10 year old Cocker Spaniel who absolutely loves life! A happy girl, she perpetually has the "happy wiggles" whenever she sees someone new.

Unfortunately, Miss Kelsey has been diagnosed with fairly aggressive mammary cancer. Therefore Kelsey is looking to spend her remaining time enriching a new family's life, even if her time may be limited.
