WEST HAVEN, CT — While it remains to be seen exactly what restaurant will go into the former Denny’s location on Saw Mill Road in West Haven, a developer is proposing that it would be drive-thru only with pick-up options and no dine-in seating, according to the New Haven Register.

The Register reported the Florida-based developer, which bought the property for $2.2 million last December, has filed an application to demolish the Denny’s building and build a 2,700-square-foot drive-thru restaurant.

The proposal needs approval for four variances by the West Haven Zoning Board of Appeals before it goes to the Planning and Zoning Commission, according to the Register.
