Pet Dies In House Fire In West Haven
One family pet was rescued and another died in a house fire Monday in West Haven.
WEST HAVEN, CT — One family pet died but firefighters were able to save another pet in a house fire Monday evening in West Haven, according to fire officials.
Firefighters from the West Shore and Center districts responded to a structure fire on South Street, according to the West Haven Professional Firefighters- IAFF Local 1198 Facebook page.
The occupants of the house were able to evacuate before firefighters arrived.
